Resumen:
In this work, the Deming cycle used in the Safety and Environment area is carried
out, taking the methodology to a practical field, discovering the irregularities that are
in the factory, managing to align the most current standards proposed by the
company, reflect the activities carried out using good practices in the work areas,
always keeping the safety of the workers in the first instance, standardize the tasks,
activities and areas to determine the dangers and risks encountered on a day-to-day
basis, the correct way to carry out any intervention within the teams, applying LOTO,
evaluating the dangers, eliminating them and indicating the appropriate protection
equipment.

Emplear el ciclo de seguridad enfocando a la metodología PHVA en fabrica,
adecuado a los estándares de la empresa para tener en orden, vigencia y
con buen funcionamiento los equipos contra incendio, estándares de líneas
de manufactura, Normatividad en materia ambiental, salud y seguridad en el
trabajo.
